Prio is free for your first user! Most companies assign one user to begin with - an owner or bookkeeper - and add more later if needed. That means you can start saving right away.
If you find it makes sense to have more than one Prio user, Prio for Teams is $10/month/seat. We also offer annual plans, and you can switch from annual to monthly billing and back anytime - changes will take effect during your next billing cycle. For more details, visit our Pricing page.

No! Prio is a convenient payments app designed to provide a solution to merchants who are tired of paying credit card fees. We designed Prio to make bank transfers so easy that customers would choose them over credit cards. Although our app does allow customers to choose a credit card option, all credit card payments are processed through Stripe.
Yes, for die-hard credit users, Prio does still allow a credit card payment option. However, Prio makes sure that all credit card processing fees are passed on directly to the customer, not the business.
Prio allows you to choose for each customer whether you will pass on processing fees or not! This allows you to make them “standard” for new clients, while rolling them out slowly to existing clients, or vice versa.
Not at all. This has been the problem with paying via bank transfer - until now. Entering account and routing numbers has been clunky and unrealistic, but with Prio, having your customers pay via bank transfer is as easy as a single tap!
